Someone like him would have been considered for a Deputy slot to begin with. But even there, I can't see him turning down a Prez HRC.

Frankly if any President except the current occupant had made the offer, he would have accepted it. I think the acting one Kellog's is [ ]'s best option right now. He is already in the middle of it anyway.
I wonder what Harward said to Mattis. "Man, I feel sorry for you. Good luck."
