Up to the point when it's smashed up, it's a "fine tuned machine" as well.
The machine is as only as good as the assclown who's driving it.
Trump pretty much inadvertently admitted to the world that he's incompetent in that metaphor yesterday, and that as the driver, he's the cause of all the problems.
He's tries to deflect from the chaos he causes, but everyone, including himself, knows the real deal.
