Now we have the outline of that plan, and it looks as if it would redirect federal support away from poorer Americans and toward people who are wealthier.

The redistribution of wealth from the poor to the rich is the classic hallmark of every Republican policy. The poor and the working poor, those with fixed incomes, will not benefit from tax credits or vouchers that only cover a fraction of medical costs. This is no different than some Nigerian money scam, and the Republican will be selling this plan the same way those crooked foreign fake princes do.
