the "Blacks for Trump" signs looked like poorly done handmade signs? The rest were all regular commercial manufacture-looking.

You can have them printed with a typeface that looks as if it's handwritten. Look closely, though, and you'll see that the letters are identical. That is, every lower case "e" looks like every other lower case "e".
