Ah, those were the days during Trump's election-campaign. When Trump was accused of being involved in the DNC-hacking and RT presented undeniable proof that he wasn't. What was this proof? He cannot possibly be involved because his family says so. Case closed.

The article is treading a fine edge between reporting stuff that damages Trump's reputation and bashing those people who are against Trump.
The end of the article is a "both sides do it"-argument: Trump and the US-media are both bad.

(13,340 posts)They've installed a cowardly, weak-minded fool in the White House. They built him up enough to get him elected, and solidify power, but now they need to keep his cred with the rubes as the details of his collusion with them is uncovered. So now they give him a LITTLE to push back against, but more importantly, they will establish that he is as feckless and unfocused as they believe, and they will push him as far as they can. I fully expect them to annex the Donbass in all but name within 2 years. Hell, they might just go for it, and start issuing the people there Russian passports. And Cheeto Benito will let them, because ultimately, he has no idea what do.
