Current or Former term limited Democratic Governors likely to run for higher office.

CO-Hickenlooper-D President or US Senate in 2020
DE-Markell-D US Senate in 2018 if Carper retires or US President in 2020
MD-O'Malley-D President in 2020
MA-Patrick-D President in 2020
MT-Bullock-D President or US Senate in 2020
VA-McAullife-D President in 2020
WA-Inslee-D President in 2020
Inslee-WA should be mentioned as a 2020 Democratic presidential candidate. He has both Congressional and Gubenatorial experience. US Senators Cantwell or Murray are unlikely to retire anytime soon. Inslee is challenging Trump administration on the Muslim Travel Ban.

I also wish that Daines had lost the one House seat we have, now he's even more dangerous.

Oh, and BTW, that gold mine next to Yellowstone NP that was defeated recently by NPS and USFS will ow be going forward as will a new phosphate mine in Southern Idaho that will ruin drinking water, hunting/fishing access and so much more... like a new dam on the Yellowstone River which is the longest undammed river in the US that will destroy sturgeon populations.

So, I hope you've seen Yellowstone NP and all the wonders of the wild because it's gonna be gone in a flash.

by the time he was out of office I was not willing to ever vote for him again. He's a coal and oil shill, not healthy for our state and the whole planet.

2000 against Conrad Burns and for Governor in 2004 was a Sellout?
I wanted Schweitzer to run for the US Senate in 2013/2014 when Max Baucus resigned to became US Ambassador to China because he was the only Democrat that could have won a US Senate Race in MT.

"the only Democrat who could have won" v. someone who has some moral fiber and willing to do the people's business rather than blend in will the coal, oil and gas crowd and delay transition to renewables.
