I think that being stuck with Trump proves one thing.

America goes along with elections even if they are rigged.
Apparently, if Bullwinkle Moose or Rocket J. Squirrel got the most votes, we would have no vehicle to remove him so we would just have to put up with him for 4 years.
Actually, neither one could do any worse than Trump, and they are less likely to be traitors so maybe in 2020.

to make it difficult to get rid of the elected head of state considering the world's history of coups and such. Unfortunately, that difficulty also applies to a tinpot dictator elected on a technicality by a minority of misguided fools in a rigged electoral system.
