That was like my Senator, Daines. He sent out an email to a selected group with a one hour notice to call in. And he has twice scheduled a speech to the Legislature and "postponed" both times. Yesterday there were 300 people on the Capital steps in our own town hall before his latest scheduled speech, he was a no show. A lot of people drove 90 miles to be there.

I'll be there again today.

I've been invited, by phone, several times. A recorded voice says, "Stay on the line, the town hall will start soon". If you want to ask a question, you press a button and tell a staffer what your question is. Not surprisingly, if you ask an uncomfortable question, you are never called on!

I'm not enough into their mind set to rephrase my question so I could get past the screener.

McConnell said it best and I don't remember his exact quote. But it is something like we won and we will do what ever we want, looses have not sway with us.

He had the calls 'screened' to make the event more 'productive' and eliminate the 'trouble makers'.

Started off with some serious ass-kissing, rambled on, using up time without asking a question. At least no question by the time I got disgusted and hung up. Several local Indivisible members signed up but were not called.
