Why don't the advocates of each of the DNC Chair candidates lay out their best arguments?

What is it about the skills, experience, background, philosophy, etc. of each candidate that makes them the preferred choice?

I, for one, am undecided. However, I think the choice should be based on the parameters of the actual job, not as a Clinton/Sanders proxy fight or other unrelated factors.

Outside forces have successfully tainted the race for DNC chair to the point that a sizable number of Dems are already primed to fully reject whoever the winner is, which guarantees us even more dysfunction and recrimination moving forward...

As Secretary of Labor, he built a broad coalition and worked with unions and other representatives of the workers of America.

I think Keith Ellison is great..... but I think Tom has the ability to build coalitions and has worked on National, complex campaigns.

We don't need the divisiveness I saw here during the 2016 election. Anyone who does not support the winner needs to STFU.
