You want a know-nothing imbecile in the White House, these are the consequences.

It'll be a real trick alleviating the backlog of medical appointments, fixing up dilapidated facilities, digitizing hardcopy records, etc., etc. without a "bigly" increase in staff with all sorts of skills.

And fixing the VA is one campaign promise that #45 can't keep by simply signing an Executive Order.

The VA all of it VBA, VHA and NCA are all under that freeze. So fewer caseworkers (will take your claim longer), fewer medical personnel (longer wait for health care) and of course fewer people to schedule and verify your eligibility for interments. Also, don't forget VA is the largest employer of vets, just a big FU to our military personnel. Here is the ultimate insult, they most likely will end up falling so far behind that they well hire contractors to "catch up", they will cost more, make more errors and get by with no deep background check, this can be a big deal, many employees have access to all our your records, medical and financial.

It baffles me how people continue to vote for their own misery. Wow

But no money for something critical like child day care services for our troops. Priorities, people!
