I'm enjoying the fact that the CPAC crowd got punked. But the over the top "treason" cries on this thread are downright frightening.

and still is our #1 enemy as far as I'm concerned.

It's outrageous that the CPAC folks were waving a Russian flag around. If any of them are Russian immigrants, I'll tolerate that.

BUT, this is the party that is saying all immigrants and refugees have to prove their love and loyalty to America, and they do this. It is treasonous in my opinion.

And a lot of folks claimed that those of us who protested the Vietnam War and burned US flags or waved Viet Cong flags or wore Red Army caps were traitors.

They were wrong then and its wrong to claim that its treason for someone to wave or fly a Russian flag now.

Of course, it's a silly point to make in this context since its clear the CPAC attendees, who probably wouldn't know what Russian flag looks like, were punked into waving a "trump" flag that happened to be the same design as a Russian flag. It would be impossible to prove treasonous intent.
