But I wonder if Obama gets drained by being a celebrity and being approached constantly in public? I mean, he expected that during 8 years of presidency and knew it would carry over for the remainder of his life, but he must long for "normalcy" to some degree at times.

Regardless, he does an admirable job of always looking engaged and happy to accommodate when star-struck folk come seeking a photo or a hand shake.
