How come representatives will take money from all over the U.S. to fund their

campaigns but will only have town halls for JUST their constituents?
Also if you want to contact them through phone or email, you MUST be from their district.

in their own district, Senators only in their own state, and President would be allowed to raise money in the whole country.

Maybe Representatives and Senators would be more attentive to what their constituents are saying if that's the only source of their campaign money.
