Maybe An Ad Showing Ryan Shooting Grandma In A Wheel Chair Would Work.

Forget nicety. Ryan is intent on murdering Americans. We need to put on the political brass knuckles on and go ballistic on Ryan and McConnell. The new health care plan ala GOP is a nuclear bomb politically.
