Why do the networks give Sahah Huckabee Sanders SO much screen time when she's on?

She was on This Week with George Stephanopoulos this morning.
I tune her out. Like all the other current WH spokespeople, she won't answer a question.
But after a while, I glance back at the TV and think "Man! Is she still on?!"
And this happens every time she's on MSNBC, too.
So just out of curiosity, I hit the rewind button and timed it.
She was on for exactly 10 minutes. That's a long freaking time. Too long.
She was followed by Nancy Pelosi, who was on for 7 min. 14 seconds.
An elected Democratic leader and the former House Speaker gets less time than a Trump hack who doesn't say anything of substance.

Why?
