Sherrod Brown/Tammy Baldwin.

Sherrod Brown-OH and Tammy Baldwin-WI are up for re-election in 2018 and are also potential Democratic Presidential or Vice Presidential candidates in 2020. If both Brown-OH and Baldwin-WI win re-election in 2018 and Democrats win the Governorship in OH and WI, Brown-OH and Baldwin-WI both could be on the National Democratic Ticket in 2020. Turning OH,WI,PA,and MI into blue states.

This is true. However, Sherrod Brown is NOT interested in national office. n/t CaliforniaPeggy Feb 2017 #1

She could energize the women and the LGBT community electorate and is a progressive enough to appeal to the Sanders/Ellison voters. She could turn WI,MI,and PA, states that Trump won in 2016 by a less than 1 percent margin into a blue states.
WI,MI,and PA 2016/2020 are going be like IN and NC 2008/2012. Obama narrow won both IN and NC in 2008 then lost those states in 2012. I could see Trump losing WI,MI,and PA by a narrow to high single digit margin.
