George W. Bush on TODAY

Really quite a good interview/segment.

Quite a contrast to what were up against today.

Bush seems honest and more at ease, able to speak to his cause.

You can sense that he truly lives with the weight of sending troops to war.

I thought he had tactful answers to Matts questions regarding Trump issues - he sure wasn't expressing any pleasure with Trump.

Granted he's selling a book - but I think his work with the Vets seems legit.

though Cheney remains the sociopath, he always was, I do think GWB has a bit of conscience.

Lord knows I did. You can say they were bad Presidents. But you can't question their love of country unlike our current so called president.

I guess it's good he loves his country and is not as dangerous as trump. I still think he should be in prison for what he did along with cheney and others.
