Where can you see a copy of the proposed Trump budget?

My guess is this budget is a typical one from the Heritage Foundation. If it is, all areas are under the gun. I am not stupid enough to think this is true, but if this is some kind of "trial balloon" to see how it it floats I would like to see where science funding falls.

It will be for all things military and em..."security". In reality it's for that wall. Mecico Pres and former Pres told him they'd wipe their arse with any invoice he's send that way for construction costs.
