Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh is no stranger to voicing his opinion, and thats especially true when it comes to his Twitter account. Most recently, the SEC Networks Paul Finebaum was caught in the head coachs crosshairs.
The latest target for Harbaugh is now the one and only President Donald Trump. On Tuesday morning, he took to Twitter to express his disapproval regarding Trumps new budget proposal, which could reportedly eliminate the Legal Services Corporation, the largest funder of civil legal assistance for low-income Americans.

Groups like this is what makes America great. On the ground doing good work for the people who cannot get help otherwise.

(11,560 posts)...could help out a bit?
The way I see it, and I freely admit I could be wrong:
- This defunding will result in fewer legal aid lawyers being available.
- Legal aid is very often the only legal assistance available to many defendants.
- Fewer lawyers in an already greatly stretched system could well result in defendants having no representation available to them.
- Constitutionally-mandated representation lacking, some cases will be kicked because due process is thus lacking.
Is this a reasonable view?
