The Drumphinator has made it substantially easier for me to read the news.

You've probably already heard of it, but it's been a lifesaver for me. There's a free version of the Drumphinator for just about every web browser, and it changes all "Trump" references to "Drumpf." Reading the news still hurts but this does take the edge off.

Go to "Tools" then "Add-ons." Scroll to the bottom and click "See more add-ons" and then type "Drumphinator" in the search bar.
