Do Illegal Immigrants Really Bring Down Wages?

If illegal immigrants take jobs that no one else will take and that do not pay high wages, how does that bring down wages for everyone else?

4. I guess I have to say some wages are lower because there ARE II to do them for less. I don't mean

picking crops. I mean low level work on construction sites. The jobs that don't require experience, mostly the backbreaking manual work. The job must be done, but if the contractor can get away with hiring II's and paying them $4-5/hr. they will and pocket the saved profit.
