Here's another depressing one showing people who were gullible about lies regarding Hillary (while lying themselves):

Tricky Dick would have given a hell of a speech (at least not a DUMB one), and I'm sure Bill Clinton would have conjured up a entertaining yarn if it would have gotten him off the Monica hook.

Of course this is nothing. Pussy Grabber is nothing but a loud-mouthed, reality "star" (who can do whatever he likes!), and he has no FUCKING clue what to do. . . . He has no understanding of anything.

Everybody fucking hates him except the Neanderthals and the dingleberries who attach themselves to Pussy Grabber's orange ass hairs, just hoping they don't lose their job, or worse. . . .

Yes, Pussy Grabber's days are numbered. I couldn't stand life if I thought otherwise. I seriously wouldn't be able to stomach seeing Pussy Grabber "finishing" his term in anything EXCEPT profound disgrace. And by that, I want to see his fat ass in JAIL.

The survey, conducted among a group of Americans who said in interviews conducted before the speech that they planned to watch and agreed to be re-contacted, only reflects the views of those who watched the speech, not of all Americans.

People who choose to watch a political speech such as this one tend to be more supportive of the speaker. In this case, the pool of speech-watchers was about eight points more Republican than the population as a whole.

What was the percentage of non-Trump supporters watched? How many people actually watched and truly paid attention to the address at all? Most people I know don't actually watch it even if they 'like' the president.

When looking at a poll, the small print (like the methodology used) matters.

Oh, I just read the posts above mine. I see my assumption was right. They only polled people that planned on watching. That would be his base. The poll was skewed.

Unless you are a slobbering Trump-humper, it's kind of hard to miss how many completely undeserved glowing, nice things are said about Trump on ALL major media.

Did you read the story that accompanied the poll? If you read the story you will learn that CNN admits that the poll was about 8 point more Republican than the "population as a whole". I checked out the information because last night, shortly after I started hearing about this poll I received a news alert from CNN that stated the poll was of Republican leaning individuals.

So, it could be argued that the poll results are BS. We would expect Republicans to have a positive view of Trump's speech and think the policies he listed last night will move the country in the right direction.
