I quit watching trCHUMP after the 3rd or 4th standing fake/forced ovation

I think it was maybe 4-5 minutes.

Well, that and his mannerisms and voice.

Instead, my wife and watched a MST3K movie, 'Beginning Of The End'. A 1957 movie starring Peter Graves about giant locusts that attack Chicago.

It was so bad that it was good and from what I've seen of the speech, the movie was better.

After the movie, and while looking at different articles about the speech, one of them mentioned Melania at the end of the speech and her facial expression.

So I found the speech and went to the end and it didn't show her smiling the 3 or 4 times that the cameras were on her.

The people around her didn't look all that happy either. One looked ill. One looked like she was thanking the heavens it was over and only 2 looked marginally happy.








I also watched trCHUMP as he was leaving and shaking hands, getting congratulations on a great speech etc. I quit watching and turned it off after some one said (paraphrasing, but I heard it) "you really hit it out of the ballpark".

That was it. I'm out.

Although My wife and I do wonder what he has to tie around his neck to get his wife to (ugh & shudder) play with him?

I was watching nostalgia TV; I can't bear to look at him or hear his voice. I don't have cable and avoid broadcast news except for local stories.

Also the Comet Channel and other ota channels that have sprung up over the past few years.

The channel 'Charge' just started on Monday. "This" isn't bad either and my wife like 'Ion'.

I have recently discovered Svengoolie on 'MeTV'. He reminds me of Dr. Creep that I watched on a Dayton, OH channel for many years in the '60's and '70's.

2. I am floored that the conman was able to suddenly become presidential

And despie the resemblance, Steve Bannon is not really a giant locust.

6. I've been watching MST3K on youtube

That movie was on my list. Seemed as good as time as any to watch it.

I'm thinking the locust has more of a soul than Bannon.
