23. Similar to a rather important thing has been happening at a federal facility around here.

An obvious female to male transgender contract employee has been sitting around with the rest of his team and a good number of government employees and military eating lunch and going to high level meetings for the past six months or so and still no one looked twice or acted as if they were being threatened since he was hired while he was a she three years ago.

Nor has there been any "sensitivity training" required since the transition began a year ago (on edit - and he began using the men's room).

Everyone has been acting like adults.
