although M$NBC is still not on as many platforms as Faux and they have surpassed CNN before.

to beat Fox - most conservatives that watch cable news tune into Fox. Liberals and moderates split their viewing between CNN, MSNBC and the broadcast networks.

MSNBC is hiring pigs from Faux.
CNN spent the day yesterday extolling the miracle that Little Donnie got through a whole speech without needing a bottle or a change of diaper.

it's never worked for them.

when Fox first surged in the late 90s, CNN met with Newt Gingrich and other top Republicans about how to win back Republicans who didn't like CNN anymore because they tried to tell both sides of the Clinton impeachment scandal rather than just beat the drums for impeachment... ever since, CNN has bent over backwards to accommodate Republicans and they've struggled to retain viewers.
