10. Rand Paul does not want

to see a replacement anyway. What he wants is a repel without a replacement. What he was pushing as a replacement recently was nothing more than repackaged the way shit use to be. Flood the market with junk insurance policies and throw in the little wrinkle of block granting medicaid. So really he wants shit worse than it was before.


I cannot believe that anybody actually believes Rand Paul is genuine about wanting see any viable replacement plan.
