Being in a red state, I pretend to be one of the majority of our voters and concerned about optics, and said I didn't want this to turn into "It depends on what the definition of 'no' is" type situation -- that I wasn't asking for them to publicly condemn, but privately nudge Sessions to a quiet, quick resignation rather than make "my party" look bad by dragging it out.

Got a pretty good response from both of the people I spoke to.

Edit to add -- I have already used copious amounts of Listerine after that pretense.
