Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsDid Sessions mean to say a double negative when he denied his "communications" with the Russians?
A transcript says:
Sessions: "Senator Franken, I'm not aware of any of those activities. I have been called a surrogate at a time or two in that campaign and I didn't have did not have communications with the Russians, and I'm unable to comment on it."
Was he really trying to say,"I did not not have communications...."
It's subtle but it's an obvious lie.
