He holds no meetings ever in which an unintended, unplanned or spontaneous event may occur. He has NEVER since taking office met with undocumented republicans. If you are not Officially vetted you don't get anywhere near him. He goes to his office via a tunnel from a parking ramp here in Madison. You will never see him walking around on a city street where you might bump into him.
