I've never watched the apprentice, but it's my understanding that it was arranged in a way that his role was naturally dominant. Reality TV is well known to stage situations and encourage conflict. Since it was a competition with him as the boss, he always had a "loser" to beat up on. I have an aversion to the entire concept of reality TV, so this is a barely informed biased opinion.

If I've got it right, it matches his personality pretty well.

Even if he wasn't a belligerent, bullying, bigoted pussy-grabber, why would anyone even imagine a talk show host/failed hotel owner with no knowledge of government could possibly run the country, the toughest and most important job in the world?? Even the smartest and most experienced we've had have made mistakes and it's not like the offensive and contentless campaign didn't give us fair warning...

Cohn was obsessed with getting revenge. Joseph Welch would have remained in obscurity if Cohn had not wanted revenge for the military drafting his boytoy David Shine.

Pentagon spokesman Captain Jeff Davis said at a news briefing that the US had carried out more than 30 strikes over the past two days in Shabwah, Abyan and Al Bayda provinces.

The US military did not disclose how many al Qaida fighters were killed on Friday although Reuters reported that Thursday‘s strikes, using manned and unmanned aircraft, left at least nine militants dead.

The US military did not rule out further strikes in the days ahead.

“I don’t want to telegraph future operations but this is part of a plan to go after this very real threat and ensure they are defeated,” Davis said at a Pentagon news briefing.
