You know, between Rudy Giuliani and James Comey?

Is this another revelation the IC has waiting in the wings as they build their Russia meddling in US election case?

intelligence between Americans. The NSA, however, is restricted from doing that, and there has to be a foreign element in there for them to listen in.

That's not true for the FBI, though, with the proper warrants.

Comey is building an airtight case. You are on the wrong track here. I believe he'll be shown to be an honest law man at the end of the day.

The New York FBI and Giuliani are another story.
