It would not be a surprise if the entire GOP leadership and the Trump campaign was involved deeply with the Russians. Remember Nixon & Reagan made deals illegally and got away with it. And Bush was selected based on 2 obviously stolen elections. Then Bush and company exposed an under cover CIA operative and probably got some people killed. Add lying us into war. Then Trump won on an obviously but unproven stolen election. Well they largely got away with their criminal activity. Their lives went on and they were not harmed.
So the GOP has every reason that the entire party can commit treason and get away with it. Besides they control the government federally and in a lot of states. Plus we have a corrupt FBI as well. At least we have some media raising hell. But we have other media that is lamer than a dead horse.

(2,795 posts)Those two sure had an epiphany about Trump around October. Prior to that very critical and laughing at him then *voila* Trump was great!

(2,795 posts)You can't tell me his Russian hackers weren't able to get illegal or embarrassing info on any of those that might have proved to be a stumbling block. Maybe an affair for Eddie Munster, most likely some illegal doing for McConnell over the decades he's been in politics or his wife because she seems pretty dirty too.
Why would Vlad stop at Trump? I don't think he did and that's why they're all so quiet.
