He is also a chess player. He'll just let Trump self-destruct.

I would think Obama is loving this. When cheeto is spinning out of control, you don't interrupt him.

He's got at least a full year to file it.

I honestly don't think I've ever seen a clearer case.

He has much bigger fish to fry. I think it wouldn't even be worth his time.

I mean. That's what Libel is.

Winning a Libel case doesn't make you look bad. It makes the Loser of a Libel case look bad.

and the finest example of projecting I've ever seen on Twitter.

Here is a man widely considered to be sick in the head, calling Obama a sick man.

Here is a man embroiled in a major scandal, accusing Obama of being mired in one as well (without a shred of proof).

Here is a man who practically begged Wikileaks for more info, lamenting the desecration of our election process.

The nerve of this clown! Oh, and it's spelled "tap", you brainless scumbag!

By now, BO is accustomed to the disrespect but knows that it does little to harm him economically or by reputation. It's basically "consider the source".

I think Obama will gently coax the ensuing legal nightmare for Trump to fruition.

Donald Trump is going down. His presidency, his brand, his so-called fortune.

Just turn on the fan after you flush, Obama. The orange one is gonna stink.

Because it would put a stop to his infantile, foolish, and embarrassing tweets.

A win-win.

You want to take it easy on Donald?

Read the fucking tweet. He just lied about a damn fine man.

Wake up people. Our Country is at stake.

Oh we shouldn't dump that British tea in Bay, some people might not like it.

That they own all 3 branches of government. And elected Donald Trump as President.

And I, for one, am tired of being called a pussy.

In case nobody has told you. THEY'RE KICKING OUR ASSES.

a published false statement that is damaging to a person's reputation; a written defamation.

To establish a basis for libel you would have to demonstrate that the published statements damaged his reputation. Nothing Trump says could damage the Presidents reputation.

The President would have to establish damages. The President and Mrs. Obama just set a record $ 60 million advance, his reputation isn't damaged and the more Trump insults the President the more people respect him.
