I am re-creating this internet conversation from memory. During the election there was a story about Trump visiting this inner city high school whose chess club had produced chess masters. He presented them with one of those fake oversized checks for one million dollars. He actually gave them two or three hundred dollars out of his pocket. I said that was messed up. The Deplorable said they should be grateful for that.

Messed up, huh?
