among those who simply refer to it as the ACA, they LIKE. Was someone's 'handy' nick-name that gave us much of the misery.

of Trump voters who hate Obamacare with a fiery passion and want it repealed immediately, but their love their Affordable Care Act, and they'll fight anyone who wants to change it.

and it worked- look at all the surprised Dump supporters who are like "duur oh noes now I'm not gonna have healthcare"

If not "Obamacare" they would have called it "Liberalcare" or something, some catchphrase to get the masses all riled up and hating on it... pretty ridiculous if you ask me.

It was originally launched by the Heritage Foundation as an alternative to the Clinton proposal of employee mandated health care in the 90s.

Orin Hatch introduced a similar proposal in the Senate.

Romney used that to put in Romney Care.

When Obama used it to structure universal coverage it suddenly became Communist inspired.
