Sessions without the Democrats?
2. Can the Department of Justice run without a Deputy to Sessions?
If anyone or both are true, then while it demonstrates we will fight for accountability, it may not result in a special prosecutor
The only way I can see that happening is if there are enough republicans who will go for it
