Here are some useful tips to help you in deciding what to believe. Ask the following questions when reading any "analysis" of this major Wikileaks dump:
1. Who is this person writing about the Vault 7 Data?
2. Does this "analyst" have any first-hand experience in the intelligence community?
3. Why is this "analyst" using a pseudonym?
4. Why doesn't this blog have more actual posts in it?
5. Does it seem like the "analyst" has actually seen any Vault 7 documents?
6. Why is some of this blog misspelled and some of it not? Is some of the content copied and pasted?
7. Who is this "analyst" again? I don't recognize this website.
8. Should I go and read some of this stuff for myself?
9. Why can't I understand what this "analyst" is trying to say?
10. Is it time for lunch yet?
11. Why are there so many weird ads to click on at this website?

(1,462 posts)I would like to add my personal take. Wikileaks lost all credibility during the election, therefore I refuse to believe anything they put out now. I know that is akin to sticking my head in the sand, but the intent of this "dump" is to damage the IC and distract from Drumpf's dumpster fire administration. I'm not getting side tracked!
