Don't they read any books? Show me a 700 page romance novel and I'm ecstatically happy for days.

Seriously, somebody was waving around a copy and the font was like 92pt Arial Bold... the camera showed the text clear enough to read even at a distance. In a normal reading font, that probably means their so called bill is maybe 20 pages, so it would contain nothing more than the top level bullet points without any of the underlying foundational policies that cover all the unforeseen possibilities and glue everything together to make if work.

This is joke, who are they kidding?
