All I am saying is that the opposition has to use all means to disorient Ryan. He is determined to succeed no matter what happens. Sadly Trump is on board for political reasons. Trump does not care who dies. He is only interested in himself and his image. And he lies about the bill being GREAT.
From my point of view the GOP could destroy health care in the US for decades. It is like contaminating with plutonium. They want this damage to be permanent. And I think they are causing a national crisis.
The public needs to fight back like their lives depend on it. And it seriously does. Personally I am really worried that we have a party that is just as insane with power as Trump. Every time I see one of those GOP bastards they are evil and lying.

(16,829 posts)The people living in Paul Ryan's district are not rich by any means. It baffles me as to why 2/3 of them continue voting for him every 2 years.
Paul Ryan is the smooth and good looking Catholic family man who would rip your heart out with his bare hands and eat it for dinner. He's even more dangerous than Trump

(24,761 posts)If Granny Starver and other conservative so-called Catholics can't or won't abide by the Church's social teachings--putting the needs of the poor over the wants of the rich, he ought to be treated the same way conservative bishops treat Democrats who support abortion rights: with denial of communion or even outright excommunication.
This might send him the message that they can't have their cake and eat it, too.

(6,819 posts)I rant that if he/she can vote for policies that impact me, they should not be allowed to shut people out (email) who are not in their district. I ask them what they are doing about the crazy man in the WH, and why on earth they believe that this rushed ACA change is going to fix anything.

(6,819 posts)Folks who answer the phones have been very polite. They do ask for my zip-code, and I give it out, along with my name. I'm furious and their phones need to be ringing non-stop!
