Even if you are a senior now Ryan could actually voucher everyone who is already on Medicare. And he will likely raise the eligibility age for Medicare to 67 or above. Add changing the Social Security system to a 401K and we are off to the races. In the 1st hundred days we are likely to see the whole safety net abolished as well.
Would Ryan go so far as to end Social Security FICA and just make it a 401K instead. So FICA could stoop immediately. I am not saying that such a thing is already happening but you have to wonder.
Trump would be behind this move so he can get the money to build the wall.
