start dumping truck loads of rock down that thing till it's all filled in.
might as well let the water do that for you.

I have no idea how they'll rebuild it, but its going to be a big project requiring a lot of man hours.

What will withstand the force of water that broke apart all those huge, thick slabs of concrete like they were made out of glass?
