I actually saw this book before Christmas and bought it. I have pasted reduced copies of dump's cartoons, asshole statements, etc. into the book. Hopefully someday my grandchild will have a granny personalized version of the nightmare we unfortunately had to live through. The only thing I can think of worse that this idiot in the WH is the Nazi's concentration camps. Otherwise this GOP group of sewer rats are the all time most repulsive politicians I believe in my lifetime.

8. I have bought multiple copies, gave it away to friends, etc

Most people are so shocked by the title that they won't open it, become very polite and distant. So I tell the that the most important statements on population growth related to GDP can be found on page 69, in paragraph 2 (I am an economist). That forces some people, over time, to look at it and realize there are not even page numbers! I had one colleague in the UK respond to me: "When I first saw the book, I thought you had gotten soft on me, but after a while I decided to have a look inside, and must now say I completely agree with the content"
