We'll see how the investigations play out, but signs point to Trump and company being in on Russia's manipulation of the election. Trump even publicly encouraged them to do it.
The Trump co-conspirators have lot to lose. It's not just prison. Trump, Flynn, Sessions, Manafort, Page, JD Gordon, Stone, probably Pence, and possibly Kushner could be labeled traitors. People never forget the names of traitors like Benedict Arnold or Ephialtes.

(7,429 posts)Their behavior is very public. If they make decisions that match the way that Trumpy's coup represents, they'll be publicly called on it.
Part of what we're seeing is the SUPREME ARROGANCE of the GOP. They got nominal control over two branches of government, and they're not really hinged in reality because their gains are artificial. They're not noticing that the national population and political mood is actually against their agenda.
Their health care proposal is the result of their relationship with their DONORS, not the VOTERS.
They have complete disregard of the voters and believe that however they beat the shit out of them, they can still sell a shit sandwich to the vanquished after the beating.

(3,847 posts)and trying to fight the good fight, would rather see all those traitors in Federal Max prisons with the death penalty on the table. Just to make them pee in their pants a bit.
Maybe that's just me and my friends.
I must be a friend of yours then. I want that as well, along with them being stripped of their wealth, their American citizenship, and their lands for the next 7 generations.
