no more than three "mis-statements". If there is a number 4, they should be required to give up their seat in congress. Lying is lying and enough is enough.

Maybe they'd watch what they say, allege and declare a lot more closely. No ifs ands or buts. No excuses at all.

a bunch of people sitting quietly in their seats, casting anonymous votes, any debate happening in whispers in the aisles.
