http://www.startribune.com/florida-judge-denies-stand-your-ground-defense-in-shooting/415887174/YES! An old man shot someone because he threw popcorn at him. Just because he is a good ole boy cop, he thinks he has a right. I truly hope this guy dies in jail.
I also hope that this judge is not targeted, no pun meant, by the Florida NRA, aka the gun owners that make Texas look like Manhattan

That murder happened 3 years ago. The victim's family deserves justice.

And that's why civilized states don't pass it. Safe use requires far more ethical and cognitive ability than most civilians posess.
