1. He can have enemies in his country executed in various ways, and with impunity.
2. He can attack a former part of the USSR freely.
3. He can influence the election in another country effectively.
4. He can hack into computers with abandon to accomplish his goals.
5. He can display his bigotry without any blowback in his country.
6. He can give broad orders and have them carried out without concern for negative reactions.
7. He can enrich himself and his sycophants by diverting government funds.
8. He can control elections in his own country.
9. He can order his nation's military to do whatever he wants.
10. He can have people like Julian Assange and Donald Trump do his bidding.
It's no wonder that Trump thinks Putin is wonderful. So, the bromance between them will continue apace.
