Ryan would be happy with "just repeal" and get government out of healthcare - period. This is very much the 'Tea Party' position.

All we need is to peel off 3 Republicans - any 3 - and the Republican plan goes nowhere!

I think they're a code! To Pootie! Sad!

(I remember back in junior high school where the number of stars in the "Playboy" logo were supposed to be a code as to whether or not Hef had gotten lucky with the current Playmate of the Month! I never did figure out the code, though! Pathetic!)
