This is a highly red rural district currently "represented" by Jeb Hensarling, chairman of the finance committee, T-party darling, and Wall St. sock puppet. I am so happy to have someone, anyone, run against Hensarling. I have day dreams about tar & feathering Hensarling and running him out of Texas. He is such a putz. Hensarling is smart, well funded and more corrupt than milk left out of the fridge for a week.

Dan Wood, an attorney in Terrell TX has stepped up to run as a Dem. I don't know that much about him, but his small statement on crowdpac looks promising. I'm so excited! You bet, I'll learn more about his positions and work on his campaign. He is trying to raise $5000 on crowdpac to see if his candidacy is viable.
