Like the republicans always say: free to choose, free to live with the consequences of their own actions. Pain is a good motivator. It's not very democrat-like I know, but a stone cold and personally affecting reminder of how things were before the ACA is in order.

However, I like the idea of this type of outreach a lot more than the suggestion that we all need to take time to "understand" the Trump Voter.

How do Democrats inform the uninformed?

They have been conditioned/indoctrinated to ignore the liberal media.

Pictures / graphics are worth a thousand words ...

Large colorful postcard style Mail outs of
totally objective - factual data
presented graphically ...
with no stated purpose other than to inform...

And sent from unknown organizations that have an America friendly sound...
You know like "Great Americans for Prosperity" or
"American Way" Or whatever

The idea is to provide "food for thought"
For example...
the chart that shows the American health Care Act subsidies in comparison to the existing ones.....

A graphic of the major changes --
and the pro/con of each
Ex:
No Required Participation:
Pro: choose what is best for you/your family
Con: fewer people purchasing policies = monthly premiums will be higher for all who choose to participate

The key is that there is no "position" offered with the info/data.....
at the most ....
a genuine "Here are the changes which may affect you"
or "Important Changes Effective (Date)"

It is intended just to get people to focus on how the components of one specific bill/act/program will directly impact their personal situation....

Baby steps
