1. Rational people in WH and executive agencies equals the "deep state" to DT/Bannon et al

Rational people remaining in the WH and executive agencies who question or oppose their crony capitalist/radical rw agenda constitute their "deep state."

And to deal with that "deep state" they will do their damnedest to purge all those rational people, and replace them with "loyalists." (Although it appears they are having a tough time finding enough loyalists.)
